Tarkov Stash Optimizer

Optimize your Escape from Tarkov stash. Enter case counts for Standard, Left Behind, Prepare for Escape, or EOD stash sizes and generate a compact layout.

About the Stash Optimizer

Stash space is limited, and containers such as item cases, weapon cases and junk boxes are awkward shapes. The optimizer packs the cases you own into your stash grid so you can see whether everything fits.

How to use it

  • Choose your stash edition: Standard, Left Behind, Prepare for Escape or Edge of Darkness.
  • Enter how many of each case you own.
  • Run the optimizer for an automatic layout, then adjust placement by hand if you prefer.
  • Sign in with Discord to save and share your layout.

What the data means

Each case is placed using its in-game footprint on the grid for your chosen stash edition. A status message tells you how many cases are still not placed, which is your sign that something does not fit.

Where the data comes from

Item, quest and icon data comes from the Escape from Tarkov Wiki and tarkov.dev, and is re-checked after wipes and patches (see the Changelog). Game names and artwork belong to Battlestate Games. More about this site.

Limitations

  • This tool is in beta; always sanity-check a layout in game.
  • It plans the arrangement of cases only, not the items inside them.
  • Optimal packing is a hard problem, so the automatic layout is a good result rather than a guaranteed best one.
